Enredados tus hijos , is the name of the piece created by Barragán speaks about the events of the last political decade in Ecuador. The name was appropiated from installations created by Manuela Ribadeneira which was also used for this piece, thus, it was created for a prior project, Banderita Tricolor, produced by Artes no Decorativas. The musical score, with which Barragán also dialogues throughout her dance, was composed by the Ecuadorian musician Nelson García for the same project. He took the interviews and speeches of the worst political crisis the country had, around February 5th, 1999. Barragán transfers the characters and corrupted acts to an abstract language of gesture and movement.
